Conversation: Graham Phillip’s message to Britain

The journalist Graham Phillips, over the course of the Western funded, directed and supported Nazi onslaught in Ukraine, has remained steadfast in his quest for telling the truth.

Hybrid Warfare: Putin just played a very interesting card

In one stroke Russia has named and shamed the culprits of the Information War waged against her and dealt multiple blows in years to come. Now, look at the top 15 and ask yourself what it tells you?

Germany is fooling no one while it tops the list and the so-called International Community is just a bunch of corrupt politicians in western capitals bidding for big capital.

This Index is here to stay as a constant reminder of which nations show duplicitous behaviour in their coverage of Russia.  An ever improving sophisticated propaganda (Read the Russian definition) tool developed to counter a sophisticated Mass Media campaign and render it useless in one blow.

According to this methodology, there are two countries that currently engage in an “information war” against Russia: Germany and the U.S. The countries that follow after them but are less aggressive in their media policies include Austria, France, the UK and Poland.
According to this methodology, there are two countries that currently engage in an “information war” against Russia: Germany and the U.S. The countries that follow after them but are less aggressive in their media policies include Austria, France, the UK and Poland.

The Russian Institute for Strategic Studies introduced its first-ever World Mass Media Hostility Index, which measures potential anti-Russian bias in the media publications of different countries, and then assigns each country an overall score.

On Feb. 18 the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISS),a think tank established by the Russian President in 1992, presented its new “World Mass Media Hostility Index,” the main goal of which is to rank how friendly countries are to Russia by analyzing their mass media content. It aims to identify the states that exercise the most aggressive media policy towards Russia and threaten its “information security.”

This analytical report is the result of detailed analysis of the media policies of different countries in 2014, when crucial shifts in the rhetoric employed by Western media about Russia occurred. The author of the mass media hostility index is a senior fellow at RISS, Dr. Igor Nikolaichuk. He suggests that, over the course of 2014, Western media started to “spread anti-Russian propaganda more actively than ever,” which he calls the beginning of “the global information war” against Russia.

The Minsk Complex dismantles the Minsk Memorandum, by Stratediplo

On September 5, 2014, the trilateral contact group on Ukraine (OSCE, Russia and Ukraine) signed a Protocol to “implement president Poroshenko’s peace plan and president Putin’s initiative”; then on September 19 the same contact group signed a Memorandum, supposedly to precise its practical application, but actually to correct it and make it both viable and useful. After the failure of the general military offensive launched by the Ukranian government in January, president Hollandd, president Putin and chancellor Merkel called the contact group to prepare a new document, the Complex “of measures about the implementation of the Minsk agreements”, issued on February 12, 2015. As the two previous ones, this document was then presented to two top leaders of Donetsk and Lugansk de facto republics (in the meanwhile elected chiefs of government), who acknowledged having read it by signing after the trilateral contact group, in their sole personal names since they were not asked to state any public mandate or commit any community.

The 13 clauses of the Complex are commented hereafter.

1. Immediate and comprehensive ceasefire.

This clause just repeats the first clause of the Protocol and the first clause of the Memorandum, and ignores the third clause of the Memorandum, burrying the distinction between offensive fire, especially against civilian population, and defensive counter-battery fire, aimed at putting an end to any shelling of the civilian population. For months the OSCE has been able to identify and report which side was firing at the population (even after the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum) and which side was restraining to defensive counter-battery, but the trilateral contact group doesn’t want any more to single out offensive operations and to put a specific blame on the offender, should the same anti-cities pattern occur again.

Victims of Western-supported Kiev junta – 3 siblings taking a bath before bedtime

This is what the EU, UK and the US are fully supporting, funding and directing in Ukraine.

Nastia, Dasha, Kirill, who is next?

“This was a bathroom…”He can not calmly look at this. Just yesterday there was a bathroom. His three children were taking a bath before bedtime. He heard an explosion. Dennis didn’t realize immediately that the rocket hit the house directly. He wanted to take the kids to the basement. He is still shaking from what he saw.”At first glance I saw the whole body of Nastia. I took Kirill in my arms. The emergency worker dragged me away, thought, I wouldn’t be able to handle it. I could handle it. Only my wife was taken to the hospital with a nervous breakdown. I was holding myself together. This is barbaric.”

His wife Lyuba spent the whole night in a hospital. But found strength to come back to the house. They are looking for clean clothes to bury their children tomorrow.

“Didn’t even hear a hiss. Just “bang!” ”

At once they lost everyone: 2 year old Kirill, 7 year old Nastia and 13 year old Dasha. They were always together, remember the parents. On a table, under fragments of glass – a book of fairytales, the sisters liked to read them for their brother at night.

“They were so friendly. The little one couldn’t be away from his oldest sister. The middle one was very happy.”

Active shelling of Gorlovka began last night. Artillery worked all night. The shelling continued in the morning.

Destruction around the entire town. One shell exploded near a residential house. Many wounded. Broken glass everywhere.

Vera Ivanovna just found out her husband Alexey was killed. They spent 40 years together.  She asked him not to go outside. Was afraid. But he insisted. Her elderly mother just moved in, and he went to get some food.

“My husband is dead. I don’t want to talk”

No words. Just fear. Gorlovka residents try to shelter in basements. But it doesn’t always help.

Denis’s family spent the last 6 months in the basement. He came down here to take his son’s favorite toy. Along with the toy they are taking Dasha’s favorite blue dress, and leaving far away from the house.

The Fascist News Network (BBC) and reality

The BBC has been supporting the Nazi cause since the beginning of the Ukrainian genocide
The BBC has been supporting the Nazi cause since the beginning of the Ukrainian genocide

Notice the humble “President in deep thought” moment captured and plastered on the BBC website.  This despite the fact that Poroshenko is a certified Nazi who is ordering genocide in East Ukraine. The British state propaganda channel has been playing a notorious role as the Imperial Mouthpiece for many decades.

What the BBC will not show you (courtesy of FortRuss and Kazzura):

The disingenuous reporting right from John Simpson’s ludicrous insinuations at the Putin press conference to the treatment of the Greek Finance Minister to the usual support for Israeli murder in Palestine has now reached sickening depths.

The BBC is specially painful to watch as it distorts and lies with finesse that is not found on the run of the mill Fox News type cartoon shows. The channel manipulates the public’s trust in it by serving the agenda of the Elite.

With Britain now militarily helping the Nazi Junta in Ukraine and the BBC serving as the ever faithful mouthpiece, there is little hope for reality to set in.

From Minsk to Brussels, it’s all about Germany, by Pepe Escobar

Germany holds the key to where Europe goes next. A fragile deal may have been reached on Ukraine, but there’s still no deal with Greece. In both cases, there’s much more than meets the eye.

Let’s start with the grueling Eurogroup negotiation in Brussels over the Greek debt.

Greek officials swear they never received a draft of a possible agreement leaked by Eurogroup bureaucrats to the Financial Times. This draft, crucially, referred to an agreement “amending and extending and successfully concluding,” the current austerity-heavy bailout.

German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble cut off “amending”. This is the draft that was leaked. But then Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis called Prime Minister Tsipras – and the statement, still not signed, was rejected. So this was a top Tsipras decision.

Conversation: Ms. Merkel and Peace, by Dagmar Henn

This is a must read analysis by someone who we have found to be one of the most rational voices out of Germany.

This brilliant analysis by Dagmar Henn dissects right through the noise of not just the mainstream pop narrative but the feel-good happy crowd who for the sake of being  ‘decent’ continue to hope for something which simply is not a give-in anymore.

Right now, no matter how you dice it, the Novorussian Armed Forces, who are fighting the Nazi forces of NATO, have the upper hand.  Russia cannot abandon them and the ‘democratic freedom loving Nazi arming West’ cannot accept that.

This is, was and will be a proxy war between Russia and the USA. We also must understand that the USA (and the collective West) did not spend $5 billion and counting in material support of the Nazi genocide to just abandon the project.

Let us see what these talks with Western supporters of Fascism bring.

———————————————————————————-

What a lot of theatrical activity during the last days — Merkel´s hasty trip to Kiev and Moscow (carrying Hollande as hand luggage), and then the appearances at the Munich “Security Conference” … truly a heroic effort to save peace? That at least is what we are expected to think.

But how realistic is this idea? Is that possibly what she honestly wants?

Actually there are simple criteria to test her interest in peace — sober, technical criteria.

One can assume that all European governments, including Ms Merkel’s, are well informed about the real situation in the Donbass. In public they talk about the ‘evil separatists’, but they do know that the Ukrainian army shells the cities. They know the extent of destruction and they know who is responsible. Why? Because OSCE delivers this information daily to their desks. Publicly the OSCE acts as though it is not capable of calculating from the remains of a rocket stuck in the ground the direction from which it came. The reality is different. We can assume that all the atrocities committed by the Ukranian regime throughout the last months are well known. That includes the humanitarian situation in the Donbass.

This is an absolutely must watch talk on Ukraine. These are the facts, back stories and ground realities that do not make good fairy tale presstitute media narratives look good and hence are never mentioned.

The Fallujah Option for East Ukraine, by Mike Whitney

The Real Reason Washington Feels Threatened by Moscow

“I want to appeal to the Ukrainian people, to the mothers, the fathers, the sisters and the grandparents. Stop sending your sons and brothers to this pointless, merciless slaughter. The interests of the Ukrainian government are not your interests. I beg of you: Come to your senses. You do not have to water Donbass fields with Ukrainian blood. It’s not worth it.”

— Alexander Zakharchenko,  Prime Minister of the Donetsk People’s Republic

Washington needs a war in Ukraine to achieve its strategic objectives. This point cannot be overstated.

The US wants to push NATO to Russia’s western border. It wants a land-bridge to Asia to spread US military bases across the continent.  It wants to control the pipeline corridors from Russia to Europe to monitor Moscow’s revenues and to  ensure that gas continues to be denominated in dollars. And it wants a weaker, unstable Russia that is more prone to regime change, fragmentation and, ultimately, foreign control. These objectives cannot be achieved peacefully, indeed, if the fighting stopped tomorrow,  the sanctions would be lifted shortly after, and the Russian economy would begin to recover. How would that benefit Washington?

It wouldn’t. It would undermine Washington’s broader plan to integrate China and Russia into the prevailing economic system, the dollar system. Powerbrokers in the US realize that the present system must either expand or collapse. Either China and Russia are brought to heel and persuaded to accept a subordinate role in the US-led global order or Washington’s tenure as global hegemon will come to an end.
